Studio Space
Nestled inside a peaceful wellness collective, Soul Clarity Yoga is an intimate, boutique studio designed to feel like a safe haven from the outside world. To preserve the integrity of your practice and create deeply personal experiences, we cap our classes to a maximum of 12-15 students depending on the class style.
Stepping into our space means leaving external pressures at the door. The room is bathed in warm, magical lighting to soothe your nervous system, and we provide an abundance of props including, blocks, blankets, bolsters - to ensure every unique body feels fully supported, stable, and balanced. Practices are curated with music, weaving sound and intuitive movement together to guide you into deeper alignment and mental focus. Postural assists are always permission based.

Studio etiquette:
1. Right on time is divine, 5-10 minutes early- extra bonus points, 5 minutes late, awkward.
2. Ditch the shoes - barefoot is the way.
3. Yoga Mat - hey we have extras!
4. Comfortable Clothes - Lulu is not necessary...and nobody cares what you wear, for real.
5. Feedback for other students or the teacher? Always ask permission. Respect the "not today" response - someone might be having a rough day, even your teacher.
6. Teaching Yoga is Really Hard. Embrace and laugh at mistakes, forgetting the entire left side, and remember we're all human.
7. Metal water bottles are really loud when they topple over.
8. Want to do your own breakout dance flow in the middle of class while everyone else is in the zone - hello: distracting...
9. Phones on Silent or Leave em in the car. Don't be the awkward yogi who sets up a tripod and streams to socials.
9a. Savasana is the most important pose (next to 5-minute child's pose). Skip it and you will probably lose your keys and forget where you parked your car later. (Need to leave early?, no problem, let me know before we start).
10. Crying and Gas Happens. To all of us.
11. If you are having a bad day, and just need to lay on the floor in child's pose for an hour - that's your practice today. You showed up.
12. All bodies need movement. Your shape doesn't matter.
We can't wait to see you in class.
What do I bring?
